1. About Glow on Tee

Glow on Tee is an online store based in the Netherlands.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to your use of the Store and to every order placed through Glow on Tee. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced in them.

3. Products and orders

We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings and the characteristics of the product.

Our products are printed to order. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once your order has been accepted and you receive confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an item has entered production, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.

If we cannot accept or fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment already made for the affected item or order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated by the Store.

Any applicable shipping costs, taxes or other charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility.

Payments are processed securely using the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Production, shipping and delivery

Our products are made to order through our production and fulfillment partners.

Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, customs processing and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Glow on Tee offers free shipping on US orders. Shipping options and estimated delivery information for other available destinations are shown at checkout.

6. Returns, cancellations and right of withdrawal

Returns, cancellations, exchanges and any applicable right of withdrawal are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

7. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at contact@glowontee.com with your order number and, where possible, clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law and our Refund Policy.

8. Conformity and statutory rights

We are required to provide products that conform to the contract and have the qualities you may reasonably expect based on the product description.

Any statutory rights you have regarding defective or non-conforming products apply independently of any voluntary return or cancellation policy offered by Glow on Tee.

9. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, branding, images, designs and other content displayed through the Store are owned by Glow on Tee or used with appropriate rights or licenses.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or commercially use this content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

10. Third-party services

We use third-party service providers to operate parts of the Store, process payments, produce products, fulfill orders and provide other services.

Your use of certain services may also be subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of those providers.

Glow on Tee is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the Store. Purchases made through the Store are made from Glow on Tee, not Shopify.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Store is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Some information is also processed by service providers that help us operate the Store, process payments and fulfill orders.

12. Errors and availability

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges or other Store information.

If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate.

Products may be changed, limited or discontinued without prior notice.

13. Prohibited use

You may not use the Store or its content for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, to distribute malicious software, to interfere with the operation or security of the Store, or to collect information from other users unlawfully.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Glow on Tee is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, production interruptions, customs delays, natural disasters or other events that reasonably prevent or delay fulfillment.

If you have a complaint about an order or product, contact us at contact@glowontee.com and describe the issue as clearly as possible.

We will review your complaint and respond within a reasonable period.

17. Applicable law

These Terms and contracts entered into through the Store are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections they may be entitled to under applicable consumer law in their country of residence where those protections cannot legally be excluded.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when that order is placed.
