Where we ship from
Every Glow on Tee item is printed to order. Nothing is picked off a shelf: production starts after you place your order, and your items are made and shipped by our production and fulfillment partners. Orders for US customers are produced and dispatched from a facility in the United States.
Production takes a few business days before your order is handed to the carrier. Any delivery estimate starts from dispatch, not from the moment you order.
Because different items can be made at different facilities, an order with more than one item may arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes a few days apart. You are never charged extra shipping because of this.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all US orders, with no minimum.
For Canada and other international destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the number of items in your order. The full amount is always shown before you pay.

Rates outside the US increase with the number of items in your order.
Delivery times
The estimate shown at checkout for your destination is the most accurate figure, because it comes from the carrier options available for your order.

For Canada and other international destinations, current estimates run to roughly 12–35 business days after dispatch, depending on the product and the destination. Customs processing, carrier delays and busy periods can extend this.
US orders are dispatched domestically from a US facility. Transit time depends on the carrier and your address, and your tracking link is the most reliable source once it has been sent.
Tracking
We send tracking information by email to the address used for your order, as soon as it becomes available. The level of tracking detail varies by destination and carrier.
If your order has not arrived and tracking has not updated for a while, email contact@glowontee.com with your order number and we will look into it.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped to Canada or any other destination outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs handling can also add time to the delivery estimates above.
