Length is the part most brands get wrong

Plenty of shops offer a 3XL that is simply a wider XL, which leaves the hem sitting above the belt. On the short sleeve tee the body length scales with the width: 30.75 in at XL, 31.62 in at 2XL, 32.5 in at 3XL and 33.5 in at 4XL, alongside widths of 24, 26, 27.75 and 29.75 in. Sleeve length scales too, from 20.5 in at XL to 24.63 in at 4XL.

The full range, printed to order

Because printing happens after you order, there is no stock-driven reason to limit a design to smaller sizes. Short sleeve designs are available from S through 4XL. Long sleeve styles run S through 3XL, which is the top size that blank is made in.

Why heavyweight cotton helps

Lighter fabric clings and shows every line underneath, which is the most common complaint about larger-size tees. At 6.1 oz the cotton hangs away from the body, and on the short sleeve tee the tubular construction means no side seam pulling across the widest point.

Frequently asked questions

How large do sizes go?

Short sleeve tees go up to 4XL, measuring 29.75 in wide and 33.5 in long. Long sleeve styles stop at 3XL.

Does length scale with size?

Yes. Length increases roughly an inch per size step, so the hem stays proportional.

Are all designs available in 4XL?

All short sleeve designs are. Long sleeve styles are made up to 3XL only, so a 4XL is not available on those.

Does the fabric cling?

No. At 6.1 oz it hangs away from the body rather than clinging.

Do larger sizes cost more?

Yes. Prices step up from 2XL onward, because the blanks themselves cost more in the larger sizes. The exact price for each size is shown on the product page.
